Patriotic European leader speaks out
AlterMedia interviewed Bruno Gollnisch who is leading the newly formed patriotic group at the E.U. parliament. He is the vice-chairman of the French National front, which is one of France’s three main political parties. Mr Gollnisch is a scholar. He used to teach Japanese in the French university of Lyon.
Mr. Gollnisch is working very hard to unite patriots on a pan-European level and to support Jean-Marie Le Pen’s race for the presidency of France. That makes him a target of the enemies of free speech and of nations. Gollnisch has just been sentenced to a three month suspended jail sentence, to a five thousand Euro fine and to pay another fifty-five thousand Euros to different associations because he dared to suggest that historians should have the right debate about World War II history.
In this interview, Mr Gollnisch will tell us more about free speech, civil rights issues in the E.U., and more specifically in France.http://www.altermedia.info/images/gollnisch_eu_march_6_2007.wmv
