A Reader Comments on the Knoxville Murders

Another reader of Western Voices World News shares their viewpoint.

I have observed all of the media circus surrounding the deaths of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom since it finally received a degree of media coverage thanks to a vocal minority of European Americans. The most prominent thing that comes to mind is how some people are trying to convince us that it was not a racially motivated crime.* I disagree.

For example:

1) The victims were two young upper middle class white kids who had everything in the world ahead of them, and the alleged perpetrators were five black thugs with varying degrees of poverty, crime, and drugs involved in their lives.

2) The degree of  brutality and sexual debauchery committed against these two people was appalling.

3) Nothing of any real value was taken from them and the vehicle, a Toyota SUV, was abandoned.

I cannot believe the parents of the victims are saying it was not a racially motivated crime, especially since the perpetrators and the city supervisors have a vested interest insisting race was not a motive, not to mention the fact that the victims can’t tell us what was said during their ordeal. I have a daughter and two sons and the first conclusion my mind came to was that some form of racial profiling had taken place prior to their abduction.

Let us not allow the media and the politically correct fools out there convince us this was not a racially motivated crime. Please take a moment and visit the site I have listed and you just might change your opinion.
