While the Rev Niringiye means well, he is parroting the same kind of politically correct thinking prevalent in the West. Instead of “soft genocide” through the loss of genetic integrity the answer is self determination and mutual respect. To see the effect of “cross-cultural unions” we only have to look at Latin America to see how “stable” such a solution is.
