Nick Griffin calls first thing this morning to inform me of a very good meeting held in Leeds last night. Apparently the collection at the end was pushing £2000 which will come in very useful indeed.

One of our candidates in the south of England has e-mailed with reference to Operation Black Vote to tell me that one of the 10 people that signed his nomination papers was a West Indian chap. I always think that is it incredibly patronising and condescending to suggest that the aspirations of the black community are anything other than multifaceted. You’ll remember as well that last year officers from the West Midlands Police economic crime unit interrogated, to no avail, members of the Sikh and West Indian community who had signed BNP nomination papers.

As the title of this blog suggests the day of reckoning for the mayoral and London assembly elections is looming fast. Anyone, that hasn’t already, but wishes to be involved has an opportunity this weekend to get involved with a huge programme of activities we have planned. One of these will involve a St George’s Day parade with our own http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=4167, a skilled horseman, riding a white horse through the streets of London. It has now been confirmed that the BNP party election broadcast will be screened, peak time, on BBC1 on April 21 at the BBC1 18:55. Within an hour we then have Channel Four Dispatches: “Immigration: The Inconvenient Truth: A Funeral Pyre Rageh Omaar asks whether Enoch Powell was right when he said that immigration would be Britain’s ‘Funeral Pyre’.”

Should that not be enough to do the trick, later on that night BBC One will be broadcasting: “Meet the Immigrants2/6. The story of legal and illegal immigrants to the UK. Jamal hopes to cross illegally into the UK from Calais; and two Iraqi Kurds in Bristol apply for leave to remain in the UK.”
