OK, we’ve already seen that it’s OK to hang nooses in a classroom as long as you don’t have any bad words on your computer. That’s why http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=3233 charges were dropped against this guy – the cops couldn’t find any “racist” language on his computer, so they let him off scot free.
But now http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=2236 charges have been dropped against a 14 year old white kid in the Chicago area, who not only wrote “a racial slur” on the locker of a black female classmate, but also used his computer to draw a picture of a black person being hanged, and labeled it with her name. The article doesn’t say why the hate crimes charges were dropped, but I’ll bet you can figure it out:”Hate-crime charges dropped in plea deal with St. Charles student

“A St. Charles high school student charged with a hate crime after allegedly scrawling a racial epithet on the locker of his former girlfriend pleaded guilty Tuesday in Juvenile Court to charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
“As part of a negotiated plea, Kane County prosecutors dropped the felony hate-crime charges against the minor, who was a 14-year-old St. Charles East High School freshman on March 17 when he wrote on the locker of the girl, also a freshman.
“The student, who is white, also used a school computer to create a drawing of a stick figure being hanged, authorities said, and labeled it with the name of the girl, who is African-American.”
I swear, it’s getting harder and harder to keep up with all this hate crimes stuff. It’s a serious crime to hang nooses if you think the wrong thoughts, but it’s no problem if you don’t have any naughty words on your computer. And it’s not a hate crime for a white male to write “nigger” on a black girl’s locker, and draw a picture of her being hanged, as long as he used to date her.
