British Prime Minister G. Brown Frets Over BNP Rise To Power

The Prime Minister is thought to be “deeply concerned”by the continual rise of the support base of the BNP in the forthcomingEuropean Parliamentary elections in June.

The internal pollconducted by the Prime Minister has projected that the BNP could takeup to 7 seats in the European elections, capitaliasing on the weaknessof UKIP with an estimated 5 per cent of the vote going to the extremeparty in the June euro-elections.

The News of the World isprojecting that the BNP will scoop up to £4 million of funds from theEU if it was to win 7 seats in June.

Increasingly the BNP hasbeen winning support from working class Labour supporters anddisillusioned Conservatives who believe the party’s line on immigrationis “too weak”.

The London stronghold of the BNP is Barking andDagenham were the number of foreign workers has increased rapidly andthe BNP have made full use of this in propaganda to exploit localpeople.
Success for the far right in the UK could be higher than previouslycalculated. According to John Charmley and other academics &journalists www.globalpolitics/ukfarright/9876483, the BNP could win upto 18 seats in the European Parliament this June. The more establishedUKIP is believed to lose all the 12 seats they had won five years ago.The problem for mainstream parties, however is the more the far rightis talked about and talked up, the more chances they have of actuallywinning in these sorts of figures.
