Duke’s attorney considering further action against authorities (original breaking story below)

Speaker of Prague police Jan Mikulovsky told CTK (Czech Press Agency) that Duke was released this night. Mikulovsky explained that the state prosecutor did not propose custody because the penalty of crime, for which police accused Mr. Duke, is low.
Duke’s attorney Mrs. Slamova said that Immigration and Citizenship Police made out an exit visa for Duke and until midnight local time he has to leave Czech Republic.
She criticized the approach of authorities and remarked that Duke remains in Czech prosecuted; that he has the right to read official files, contact his advocates and attend tasks toward criminal proceedings (against the authorities). She also wants to a submit complaint against procedure during the police action (arresting Dr. Duke).

In the night police moved Duke to cell of preliminary arrest. Czech political police is asking court to put David Duke into custody. Court have to decide if David Duke will go to custody at latest on Monday.
Mr. Vavra which invites Duke to Czech is planing organize demonstration on Sunday before Ministry of Internal Affairs. Today came to police station where is Duke kept support him about 20 sympathizes. They were chanting slogans like “Free Duke!” or “Duke, we are with you!”

Czech police detained former Ku Klux Klan leaderDavid Duke in Prague on Friday on suspicion of supporting or denyingthe Holocaust, the Czech news agency CTK reported.
Duke arrived in Prague earlier this week at the invitation of localneo-Nazis to publicize the Czech translation of his 1998 memoir MyAwakening.

Duke was planning to give talks in the capital as well as in the country’s second largest city of Brno.
Earlier this week Prague’s Charles University banned Duke forgiving a lecture on extremism. The university said it canceled the talkout of a fear that it could have been attended by neo-Nazis.
Political activities of Czech far-right groups have been on a rise in recent months, including provocative marches through Roma ghettos in troubled Czech towns.Â
There was no information whether they would charge Duke, who is aformer U.S. presidential contender and advocates racial separation.
