On May 11th the Board of Directors of European Americans United sent an email (below fold) to the Los Angeles Board of Education in response to a 2007 video depicting at UCLA the outrageous comments made by Santee High School teacher (Social Justice) Ron Gochez. By way of Third World insolence based in socialism he expressed an abiding hatred for white Americans by advocating an open call for “revolutionary” activities by his “Latino” students against the United States and by extension its founding race:
“We are revolutionary Mexican organization here. We understand that this is not just about Mexico. It’s about a global struggle against imperialism and capitalism… At the forefront of this revolutionary movement is La Raza. We will no longer fall for these lies called borders. We see America as a northern front of a revolutionary movement… Our enemy is capitalism and imperialism.”
In response to the EAU Board letter, on Friday May 14th the EAU Board received a response from the Los Angeles Unified School District. Within this letter (below fold) with regard to Mr. Gochez’s outlandish audacity the LAUSD letter says in part: “…it has been determined by our legal department that any punitive actions taken against this teacher for conducting his personal activities on his own time and under the given circumstances would be a violation of his Constitutional rights and our bargaining agreement.”So of course anything Ron Gochez says in public does not in any way reflect what he says in class, correct? Never mind the fact that in 2007 Gochez made a conference presentation at ““THE STRUGGLE FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE IN EDUCATION” – 2nd Annual Assoc. of Raza Educators Conference.” His presentation was called “How to be a teacher AND an Organizer: Putting Revolutionary Theory into Practice!” Clearly, Gochez cannot make his case that he keeps his Marxist anti-white views out of the classroom.
In the Fox News’ video Western Voices World News recently posted Gochez insisted on at least two occasions that his personal views are not pushed onto his “latino” students in the same manner as his 2007 speech/video at UCLA. Interestingly, in the LAUSD letter received by the EAU Board it states that Gochez “is required to submit a lesson plan to his principal in advance and his course work is consistently monitored to ensure that he adheres to his proposed lesson plan.”
He’s a “social justice” teacher, ladies and gentlemen. Like one of our news contributors, Z, remarked, ‘I’ve got some oceanfront property to sell in Tucson.’
You may recall how the mainstream media was quick to jump on the possibility that Tea Party members may have used racial slurs, even though proof has yet to be uncovered. And yet here we have video of a Mexican high school teacher calling for revolution in America and what do we hear from the media? Crickets — at least until now via Fox News. So which is more newsworthy: unconfirmed reports of racial slurs unsupported by video evidence of the so-called white racist incidents, or video of a non-white activist calling for violent revolution against white Americans, the burden of socialism, and the continued invasion of the Southwestern states for Mexico?
It seems we can approximately make the case that Gochez and the LAUSD is working in tandem with president Obama. President Obama is a socialist, Gochez is a socialist and both prefer to keep the southern border open to the socialist minded revolutionary elements of the entire southern hemisphere.
Social Justice teacher and racebaiter Ron Gochez needs to be fired from his teaching position at Santee High School, just as quickly as a white American activist would certainly be fired had the same situation been discovered. And Gochez will be sooner or later IF you decide to assist us in that effort.

Dear Sir;
The remarks uttered by Ronald Gochez in the enclosed video (HERE) is a perfect depiction of the true malevolence and the ultimate goals which lie in the hearts of a majority of so-called ‘La Raza.’
We therefore would like to “thank” Mr. Gochez, and by extension yourself Mr. Zimmer, for his venomous public candor. While his regressive mental facilities appear not to be those of an adult who values his career, the fact that you allow this bigot to ‘teach’ anything at all speaks volumes about you and the LAUSD.
Rest assured we will do all we can to expose this video to the public in order to have Mr. Gochez fired from his position immediately. Should anything detrimental occur to one of our people as result of Mr. Gochez’s speech, we will hold you directly responsible and react accordingly.
Moreover, we would like to remind you and your vicious ani-white colleagues that while not all European Americans are allegedly “racist” (whatever that’s supposed to mean) the vast majority are also not as “frail” as he believes.
Not by any stretch, Mr. Zimmer. Remember that.

This response is being sent to you as a result of your recent comments to the Los Angeles Unified school District.
Thank you for your comments regarding the personal activities of one our teachers. Let me assure you that we have reviewed the videotape extensively for any violations of District policy and we have come to the following conclusions:
· The videotape was made at a public meeting that took place three years ago.
· The teacher was apparently exercising his right to freedom of speech provided to him as a guarantee under the Constitution of the United States of America.
· The activity took place at a non LAUSD site (UCLA).
· Given that the video is three years old we have no way of determining whether the student referred to in the video was an actual student or former student of the teacher.
· The teacher in question was participating on his personal time and the views he expressed during the gathering were his own and do not represent the opinions and views of the District.
· There appears to be no direct violation of District policy.
Additionally, the teacher’s rights for political activity are protected under our bargaining agreement with the United Teachers of Los Angeles (please see below):

NON-DISCRIMINATION
1.0 Pursuant to applicable Federal and State laws, the District and UTLA agree not to discriminate against any employee based upon race, color, religion, creed, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or political or UTLA affiliation, and to have due regard for employees’ privacy and constitutional rights as citizens.
Consequently it has been determined by our legal department that any punitive actions taken against this teacher for conducting his personal activities on his own time and under the given circumstances would be a violation of his Constitutional rights and our bargaining agreement.
As to the issue of the lessons taught in the classroom by this teacher, Mr. Gochez, like many LAUSD teachers, is required to submit a lesson plan to his principal in advance and his course work is consistently monitored to ensure that he adheres his proposed lesson plan.
We thank you for your concern and comments on this matter and assure you that we will continue to monitor this situation closely to ensure that District policies are maintained and adhered to by all District staff.
