On the one hand, we naturally find such behavior appalling. On the other hand, we realize it is a natural consequence of trying to have a city based on the demography of the bar scene in Star Wars combined with resource scarcity, corruption, and declining realistic expectations of a decent future for ever-increasing numbers of young men of all races. In other words, it is both regrettable and a simple matter of cause and effect that anyone with a realistic and honest perspective can predict.
