UK: Scum Target Children in Hate Campaign

Leftists “need to hit [nationalists where
it hurts most, like close and personal with their kids”

EAU correspondents

A leftist blog site affiliated with the Labour Party and the Searchlight http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=4150 threat comes as part of a campaign to stop the British National Party’s annual outdoor event, the Red, White and Blue festival, which an observer from European Americans United attended in 2007.

The post (posted at right) says, “Although anti-fascists in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire have been working together to harass the BNP, we need to hit them where it hurts most, like close and personal with their kids. These Nazis try to maintain the appearance of a family fun celebration just like an old style Butlins holiday camp when actually its like the Hitler youth. If they bring their children along to such conflict-provoking events then it wouldn’t be surprising if some of them got accidentally injured in the conflict. Spread this news around and see how the attendance drops off.”

In a totally political ploy, police in the area officially have opposed a license for the BNP, BECAUSE OF THESE THREATS FROM ITS OPPONENTS! In other words, because some thugs have threatened violence, then the victims of those threats http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=2547 to criminal behavior by those who oppose such groups.

http://www.wvwnews.net/story.php?id=3813" of dissidents, using slurs like “Hitler” and “Nazi” and attempting to associate nationalist dissidents with “violence” (even if the nationalists are the victims) is part of a pathetic strategy to attempt to discredit opposing views with ordinary people. The sheer hatred held in the hearts of “anti-fascists” is nakedly revealed in this new low: a threat to little children.

Luckily, the British National Party is not taking this lying down. Deputy chairman Simon Darby sent the following freedom of information request to the police:

Dear Sirs,

At a meeting of Amber Valley Borough Council’s licensing panel held at Ripley Town Hall on the evening of June 10th this year, whilst discussing a license application for the British National Party’s August RWB festival Craig Sutherland, solicitor for Derbyshire Police told those present:

“The fact is we are expecting trouble at this event.”
“We didn’t object to this festival in 2007, and we didn’t object initially in 2008 however towards the end of May the intelligence picture changed.””We have started to receive intelligence to say that groups opposed to the BNP may attack people attending this festival.”

You will be aware of course that threats of violence made in such a manner undoubtedly constitute a criminal conspiracy and may even, under the new terrorism legislation, form an even more serious breach of the law.

Further to this, I attach a recent post published by a Labour supporting website, entitled “Lancaster Unity”. I trust I do not have to spell out the implications of publishing and facilitating this blatant and clear incitement to violence against children.

In the light of the intelligence concerning serious criminal activity which Derbyshire Police admit to having in their possession coupled with the example of publicly accessible threats, which I assume your intelligence dept must be aware of and that I am attaching, can you under the FOI Act 2000 provide me with the following:

1. Documentation pertaining to the criminal investigation in response to the intelligence Derbyshire Constabulary possesses with reference to the clear criminal conspiracy to disrupt the BNP’s proposed Red, White and Blue festival in the county next August.

2. Documentation in relation to the decision as to whether or not to initiate a criminal investigation relating to the above and any relevant correspondence with the Criminal Prosecution Service.

3. Documentation with regards any correspondence between Derbyshire Police and Amber Valley MP, Judy Mallaber or other members of the Labour Party with reference to the proposed British National Party Festival in Denby in August.

Yours Sincerely,

Simon Darby

Press Officer, British National Party
