Marx had it all wrong.

It isn’t religion that is the opiate of the people but voting. Voting allows Americans to think they actually have a say so in the system , a system in which they allege anybody can grow up to be president. In reality, one doesn’t become president without spending millions of dollars in campaign advertisement, a feat well beyond the reach of the middle class. Thus democracy (A word the founding fathers despised) is in reality a facade through which plutocracy rules. Thus politicians will not solve the immigration crisis because big business wants those people here and big business pours millions of dollars into their political coffers.
Why is America multiracial anyway? Because early versions of big business, such as the slave traders, put short term profits above long term racial interests. Perhaps Bismarck had it right when he said the great issues of the day would not be decided in democratic assemblies but with blood and iron.
If we are in that generation that sees America fall apart then our duty is to form a political/ideological, spiritual community, net work together, and become the nucleus for a future, albeit probably smaller, nation that is both racially conscious and all white( the two terms are NOT the same) Hopefully we will learn from our mistakes and not create a carbon copy of the U.S.
