Please be advised the following letter has been Blind Carbon Copied to the Chicago Tribune.
We are writing to express our concern over the blackmail treatment DePaul University handed to the De Paul Conservative Alliance over it’s lawful and informative function to host Chris Simcox of the Minutemen as a guest speaker. Whereas expensive security measures are rarely needed if ever a progressive or open border advocate is scheduled to speak at your campus, it is necessary when a conservative or traditionalist is. By enforcing this kind of disproportionate rule without a sufficient explanation, you nearly stopped a legally recognized student event.
Clearly, DePaul University is a haven for leftists and anti white, anti American cranks who yearn to force the United States into granting unfettered access to the Third World. De Paul’s staunch ally Father Jose Landaverde of Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission, an open border advocate disguised as a clergyman, who urged his Chicago parishioners to rally against Simcox’s presence on campus the day of the speech — as you might expect — referred to the border defense leader as a “modern day Nazi” and as a “racist.”
We find it to be quite revealing no condemnation of these race baiting canards were forthcoming from De Paul University.
Therefore, it is our sincere belief the staff and leadership of De Paul University adheres to the same view toward any European American who not only practices conservatism, but who wishes to see the borders reasonably secured. Additionally, neither the DCA or the Minutemen have ever threatened anyone’s freedom to speak their mind or hold certain events, such as hosting a guest speaker. But DePaul University and it’s functionaries clearly have.
Clearly, by virtue of your actions, it is DePaul University, not the DCA or the Minutemen, who are the fascists and the racists. Perhaps the universities’ alumni and the federal government’s Office For Civil Rights ought to be informed, whereas full compliance with all civil rights laws and regulations are needed so that Federal assistance may commence or continue.
